Currently Windows does not provide a way to complete this with password authentication. However there is currently a workaround in place that is provided by a 3rd party application that will allow you to use password authentication.

You will need to setup a local proxy with no authentication on the same machine where the collector is that will point to the real proxy that requires authentication. http://cntlm.sourceforge.net/ will be able to do that. Cntlm is an NTLM / NTLM Session Response / NTLMv2 authenticating HTTP proxy.
