For Windows Collectors
Control Panel - Services - AppAccess - Restart
For Linux Collectors
sudo /etc/init.d/afcollector restart
Note that the standard Ubuntu "sudo service afcollector restart" does NOT work even though an upstart script is included. That's probably a bug.
We have some cases where that works and where it doesn't work for Linux, but you should use sudo /etc/init.d/afcollector restart to ensure it always works.
Up to 2 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 524.3 kB each and 1.0 MB total.
