For Windows Collectors

  • Control Panel - Services - AppAccess - Restart

For Linux Collectors

  • sudo /etc/init.d/afcollector restart

Note that the standard Ubuntu "sudo service afcollector restart" does NOT work even though an upstart script is included. That's probably a bug.

Hey Bryan,

We have some cases where that works and where it doesn't work for Linux, but you should use sudo /etc/init.d/afcollector restart to ensure it always works.
